Today’s COTD is The Sun
Today is the last day 2014, so let us celebrate the sun that has shone on our backs, the rain which has watered our gardens, the air we have breathed and the earth beneath our feet.
This year, for me, has been one of growth and discovery. I have found and developed new skills and abilities, lots which I never knew I had, but I can also admit when I’ve reached my limits and need to call in the professionals.
My house has now become my home, even though I still desperately need a kitchen (it’s the room of doom with a kettle!)
I’ve had fun this year and hope you have too. A lot has happened and most of it was memorable, some of it involved tears, but mostly it has been smiles.
Every day of the year we learn a little bit more about ourselves and those around us. I wonder what we will learn and discover as 2015 turns it’s first blank page to greet us.
